“Print Spooler Error” means your computer is having trouble sending print jobs to the printer.
Fix Steps (Windows):
-
Restart Print Spooler Service
-
Press Windows + R → type services.msc → Enter.
-
Scroll to Print Spooler, right-click → Restart.
-
-
Clear Spooler Files
-
Open C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS.
-
Delete all files inside (these are stuck print jobs).
-
-
Update Printer Drivers
-
Outdated drivers often cause spooler crashes. Update them from the manufacturer’s site.
-
-
Run Windows Troubleshooter
-
Go to Settings → Update & Security → Troubleshoot → Printer.
-
✅ Tip: If spooler errors keep coming back, uninstall and reinstall the printer software.
